I was born in a strong Muslim family. When I was nine years old, my father taught me how to pray.  The Arabic pronunciations were very difficult for me. At this time I prayed faithfully three times a day and I fasted and I tried to fulfill the law of God in Islam, but we can’t fulfill all of the law. Along with my prayers, I read the Koran and prayed special prayers. Always I was looking for something spiritual, but I’m afraid of God, and I said by myself, God never forgives me and when I die I will go to hell. Because I knew that I could not fulfill all of the law of God and that time I could not have a feel that I am close to God and when I tried to find more, I got less.

I believed in Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior.  I asked for forgiveness and prayed for Jesus to come and live in my heart.  For the first time I felt the peace in my life that I had so longed to feel and a freedom I have never known before.
May 1, 2002 I was baptized by Pastor Duke in the International Baptist Church Sofia and immediately the Lord began to work so many miracles in my life.  No matter how bad the situations were in my life I was always comforted by God’s presence and he took care of all my needs at the right time every time.  I am truly blessed by God every day and I know when I die that I will be in heaven with him.  Through God’s power he gives me the strength to live a life pleasing to him.

After this time I have felt that God is always present in my life. I understand that God forgives all of my sins with the blood of Jesus Christ His son and now I belong to the family of God. This gives me more peace. I am not afraid any more and God presents himself regularly in my life. A lot of miracles happened to my life after that and I can not tell you all. Also several times before I asked, He gave me what I needed.

In the end I just want to share with you one of the prayers that God answered for me. When others heard about it they said this is like a miracle. Right now I am a refugee in Germany. First, they sent me from the temporary camp to the perpetual camp in another city. The first day was awful; anyone that has ever been a refugee in the camp can understand my feelings.  That day first I cried so much, but suddenly I stopped crying and started to pray:  “God, Jesus Christ, I believe you and I trust you and just you can help me right now. Please save me from here (date  11 October 2005)

God answered  my prayer sooner that I expected, one of  my brother’s in  Christ that I always say he is my angel that God sent to me, Mr. Macon and his wife support me for everything here and he helped me to go to a different place.  Finally I could go out from this terrible camp on 15 November 2005, and go to my own apartment, (to find apartment during short time itself was another miracle for me).

Everyone was amazed at how God brought all the miracles together in such a way.  Humanly speaking everything looked impossible, but by God everything is possible. We must trust Him and have patience; God will answer our prayers.

God is behind your heart, let Him come in and stay forever, he will change your life and will forgive your sins and give you the peace that every body in the world is looking for, just trust Him and let Him enter your  heart. John 3:16.
